On Monday 16th March the government advised that everyone should stop non-essential contact with others and that people should work from home where they can, in light of this a decision has been taken to close the reception in both buildings from 1pm on Tuesday 17th March. While the main entrances will be locked, occupants in both buildings will still have access and be able to receive any visitors at the staff doors.
The cleaning will still continue as scheduled in both buildings.
Community Foundation staff and our managing agents Hornbeam will still be contactable via email.
Plans to re-open our reception area will follow government advice.
We are aware that many organisations have already made the decision to close and trust that those that haven’t understand and respect the reasons leading to the closure of our reception areas. We apologise for any inconvenience and sincerely hope that all colleagues remain well during this pandemic.
