Take part in our Vital Signs Survey

We would love to hear more about your experience of Milton Keynes

The aim of this survey is to find out what people living in Milton Keynes think and have to say about different aspects of their community. We are interested in hearing about your personal experiences and opinions, so encourage you to answer as honestly as possible. The majority of the questions in this survey will ask the extent to which you agree or disagree with a number of given statements about Milton Keynes, across 12 thematic areas. All questions are optional, and you can answer as many or as few as you like.
What is Vital Signs MK?
Vital Signs MK 2019 is the latest instalment of a project that the Milton Keynes Community Foundation has been running since 2013. The reports bring together existing research and social data about Milton Keynes in an accessible format and is supported by community consultation (such as this online survey). It aims to highlight our strengths, as well as identify areas for improvement for the local community to respond to, including the Voluntary, Community and Cultural Sector, as well as local businesses and individuals who want to help make a difference in the Milton Keynes community.

How will the information collected by this survey be used?
The findings from Vital Signs support us to streamline our funding and support us to direct it to the areas where it is most needed, as well as providing a resource for organisations and individuals looking to support their local community.

Data provided in this survey will be aggregated, and summaries of the results will be included in the Vital Signs MK Report 2019, alongside other data. The data will be shared with the Open University, who may use it in academic publications, other research outputs, or for teaching purposes.
