Large Strategic Grant Programme Open

Large Strategic Grants 2019/2020

The MK Community Foundation Large Strategic Grant Programme is now live, welcoming Expressions of Interest for applications of over £20,000 for multi-year strategic projects for a maximum of 3 years.

Funding for this programme comes from our Margaret Powell Foundation Fund, which supports projects for the benefit of:

  • frail elderly people;
  • people with disabilities of all ages, and/or;
  • those of all ages suffering mental health illnesses.

Ideally, organisations should seek to encourage integration and social cohesion and include beneficiaries in the project design.

We are particularly interested in hearing about projects which support the strategic development of an organisation or landmark projects which help Milton Keynes get ahead of the curve in supporting major and/or emerging needs that are not otherwise currently met by other services. You may wish to refer to our Strategic Plan for 2018-2023.

Organisations who meet our general eligibility criteria and who have an established track record of managing significant levels or funding are eligible to register their interest in the programme, using the form below.

Expressions of interest will be taken at a meeting with a member of the Philanthropy Team please call to make an appointment 01908 690 276.

The deadline for Expressions of Interest meeting is Thursday 19th September.
