We offer a variety of office spaces in our city centre locations, Acorn House and Margaret Powell House ideal for local charities and businesses. Local charities may be eligible for up to a 75% rent subsidy for office space. Current tenants include MK City Centre Management, MK Citizens Advice Bureau, Barnardos and MIND BLMK. Both buildings have a friendly serviced reception manned by the Venue and Client Team between 8.30am and 7pm Monday to Friday and cafe facilities run by local charity MK Christian Foundation.
Our small business units are fantastic as start up space for businesses and small organisations, with rolling one month leases clients can plug in and go.
Light Industrial Units
We own light industrial units, retail space and office units across Milton Keynes which are available to rent by local charities and commercial businesses. Local charities may be eligible for up to a 75% rent subsidy. The subsidy is awarded based on community benefit, efficient use of space and financial need.
These spaces were gifted to MK Community Foundation by the Milton Keynes Development Corporation in the 1980s to ensure that affordable, high quality and accessible space remained available to the local voluntary sector of Milton Keynes.
With 232,391 square feet of accommodation in Milton Keynes and 48 Community Foundation Land sites we have a property for everyone.
Each year, we award in excess of half a million pounds in rent subsidy grants. If you are an existing or prospective tenant of premises owned by MK Community Foundation and you are a registered charity, you are eligible apply for a Rent Subsidy Grant to cover up to 75% of your rent costs.
