After reviewing the feedback from our online survey about our application and monitoring processes, we have created a workshop that we hope will improve everyone’s experience of working with us. We want applicants to get a better understanding of what we do and how we do it to help improve their applications, and we want to hear from groups about their experience of our processes so we can continue to improve.
After running our first workshop, we have decided to run it as a rolling programme to support the voluntary and community sector in Milton Keynes.

• Mock grant panel
• Planning your monitoring
• How to designate roles
• Marketing tips
