Malcolm lives in Milton Keynes and began his career in market research before starting a specialist IT company, DRS plc based in Milton Keynes.  Malcolm has a wealth of varied experience in leading local organisations.

He was a non-executive Director of the MK Development Corporation between 1984-92 and is currently the Chairman of both the NHS Milton Keynes and DRS.
