TIME OUT (MILTON KEYNES CHRISTIAN CENTRE)
Awarded £5,000.00 from the Community Fund
This funding will help purchase a minibus. Many of the members of the group are becoming frail or elderly or suffer from physical disabilities. The mini bus will enable all members of the group to continue to access the services provided by Time Out.
WOLVERTON PARK BOWLS CLUB
Awarded £3,000.00 from the Community Fund
This funding will help purchase a new mower and other accessories to enable them to keep their green suitable.
FURZTON SCOUT GROUP
Awarded £1,500.00 from the PriceWaterhouseCoopers Fund and Community Fund
The club will purchase hammocks and a range of bushcraft skills equipment.
MK MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS THERAPY GROUP
Awarded £3,800.00 from the Community Fund
This grant will enable the group to expand their therapy sessions. This will incude offering ultrasound theraoy and an increase in the number of alternative therapy sessions.
NEWTON BLOSSOMVILLE READING ROOM
Awarded £3,500.00 from the Community Fund
This grant will provide vital funds to complete the rennovation of the Reading Room.
THE PATCH ALLOTMENT ASSOCIATION
Awarded £5,000.00 from the Margaret Powell Fund and Margaret Powell Grassroots Fund.
This grant will buy a composting toilet for The Patch Allotment. They are keen to ensure that all those who use their site are able to access the toilets - the current one is not accessible for wheelchair users or those with walking aids.
THE DE CHAPPUIS KONIG CHARITY
Awarded £3,500.00 from the Community Fund
This building is owned by the charity and is a community resource for Filgrave and Tyringham. It is 100 years old and the roof is in a poor state and needs completely replacing as it is now dangerous. This grant will go towards this.
HEADWAY MILTON KEYNES
Awarded £1,500.00 from the Community Fund
This grant will provide funds for Headway to take young people with brain injuries to The Caldecotte Experience where they can experience exciting and active outdoor activities.
INTER-ACTION (MK) LTD
Awarded £4,000.00 from the Community Fund and Art Fund.
This grant will go towards the Loveliness Camp that will take place over 4 days during the Summer of Culture. The event will enable people with disabilities and those who are disadvantaged to be part of the IF International Festival and give them a platform alongside international and visiting artists.
INDEPENDENT CINEMA MILTON KEYNES
Awarded £5,000.00 from the Community Fund
This grant will support Milton Keynes Film Festival 2012 which aims to transform audience's perceptions and understanding of film and the cinematic experience and consolidate ICMK's work to increase the opportunites to enjoy, appreciate and learn about film culture.

Awarded £6,500.00 from the 25th Birthday Fund and Community Fund
This grant is to help support the Fringe Festival which will be closely integrated with the Summer of Culture and the IF International Festival.
FESTIVE ROAD
Awarded £3,500.00 from the Community Fund
This grant is to support the mangement and delivery of a series of creative dance, visual arts and puppetry workshops culminating in a community carnivale and 'Giants Parade' which will be part of the MK Fringe Festival.

TWO MILE ASH ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP
Awarded £760.00 from the 25th Birthday Fund.
The equipment and training being funded by this grant will support the group's capacity to deliver practical gardening and landscaping projects for the local environment.
PBC FOUNDATION
Awarded £178.00 from the Margaret Powell Community Fund.
This grant will enable the free distribution of 'The Bear Facts' - a publication which provides vital information for people diagnosed with PBC (Primary Biliary Cirrhosis) and their families, friends and carers - to local people diagnosed with this illness.
STONY STRATFORD RIVERSIDE PARKS GROUP
Awarded £725.00 from the Heart FM Fund and Margaret Powell Grassroots Fund.
This grant will partially subsidise the cost of this year's annual Riverside fair, which has become part of the established Stony Stratford summer season.
BLETCHLEY EVENING WOMEN'S INSTITUTE
Awarded £1,500.00 from the Grassroots Fund and Community Fund.
This grant has been awarded to cover costs during a temporary gap in funding for their Institute's Choir - 'The Bletchley Belles'.
MILTON KEYNES ORGAN SOCIETY
Awarded £630.00 from the 25th Birthday Fund.
This grant will help to subsidise a series of concerts given by professional organ/keyboard players at the Activity Centre off Warwick Road, West Bletchley.
MILTON KEYNES & DISTRICT CRICKET ASSOCIATION
Awarded £1,500.00 from the Margaret Powell Grassroot Fund.
This grant will help to continue the MKDCA's work delivering quality cricket coaching to hearing impaired pupils at Chesnuts Primary School, White Spires and Slated Row.
ST. FRANCIS CHILDREN'S SOCIETY
Awarded £1,500.00 from the Brighton Acorn Fund.
This funding has been awarded to allow St Francis Children's Society to work with local creative digital storytelling company, A Word in Edgeways, to produce four/five short videos that will promote different aspects of the Society's work.
CASTLETHORPE PRE-SCHOOL
Awarded £1,500.00 from the Home Retail Group Endowed Fund and the Community Fund.
This grant will help with the cost of additional equipment that will enhance the learning environment, including play panels, room dividers, a raised garden bed planter and a picket fence.
AKOTA
Awarded £968.00 from the Sport Relief Fund.
This grant will pay for venue hire at The Trinity Centre, Fishermead, and for two teachers for a weekly tutoring session for the next six months. The project focuses on language lessons and promoting and preserving awareness of Bangladeshi culture amongst local people of Bangladeshi origin.

Awarded £750.00 from the Sport Relief Fund.
This grant will go towards a community event being organised which will feature a popular annual sports event.
LITTLE STARZ
Awarded £1,009.00 from the 25th Birthday Fund.
This grant will help for start up costs including toys, art and craft materials, venue hire for 12 weeks and insurance for the new parent and toddler group.

GIRLGUIDING UK
Awarded £100.00 from the Community Fund.
This grant will go towards sending 9 guides and 3 adults to this year's International Guiding Camp in Austria.
BLETCHLEY PARK (2366 SQUADRON) ATC
Awarded £995.00 from the Community Fund.
This grant will ensure that all cadets will be able to be involved in the programme regardless of financial circumstances.
MK SOMALI YOUTH GROUP
Awarded £1,271.00 from the Sport Relief Fund.
This grant has been awarded to help with the cost of hiring a footbal pitch to encourage positive activity in the community, as well as to assist the group to offer training by Action4Youth.
CYGNETS TODDLER GROUP
Awarded £337.00 from the Community Fund.
Cygnets will use this grant to purchase new equipment and toys for their older children to encourage interaction and the development of social skills.
ECLIPSE COUNSELLING SERVICE
Awarded £1,000.00 from the Community Fund.
This grant will better enable Eclipse to cope with an increase in young adults with substance misuse being referred to them for support.
BEANHILL ACTION GROUP
Awarded £1,430.00 from the Community Fund.
This grant will help go towards a Jubilee- themed event which will work with a range of other agencies and organisations including Moorlands Family Centre, Woughton Community Council, Community Action:MK, MacIntyre, Festive Road and Independent Cinema MK.
SPECTRUM ARTS MK
Awarded £1,000.00 from the Community Fund.
This grant will help cover the cost of hiring the Ridgeway Centre for their Summer Event, meaning they will be able to assist many children who cannot afford the full cost of attending.
MILTON KEYNES TORCH TRUST
Awarded £914.00 from the Margaret Powell Fund.
This grant will partially subsidise this year's annual outing for the Torch Trust's members. The funding will be used for transportation costs associated with the wheelchair- accessible vehicles.
THE WEDNESDAY GROUP
Awarded £1,170.00 from the 25th Birthday Fund.
This grant will assist with the costs of transport to the Group meetings. For some members, this weekly meeting is the only excursion out of their home.
FAMILY INTERVENTION SERVICES CIC
Awarded £976.00 from the Sport Relief Fund.
This grant will help Family Intervention Services get set up with basic office and presentation equipment. They have been set up to work primarily with the Black and Minority ethnic community providing a range of support services for families, lone parents and children and young people.
MILTON KEYNES BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION
Awarded £100.00 from the Community Fund.
This grant was requested to help pay the entry fee for an under 18 basketball tournament to be held in Aylesbury.
MILTON KEYNES DONS SPORT AND EDUCATION TRUST
Awarded £1,500.00 from the Margaret Powell Fund.
This funding will enable MK Dons SET to provide a fully accredited FA Youth Module 2 qualification for 24 members of staff and volunteers.
CARERS MILTON KEYNES
Awarded £1,000.00 from the Brighton Acorn Fund.
To coincide with National Carers Week 2012, Carers Milton Keynes is planning to utilise their networks to reach out to local carers who have not had contact with the group previously. This grant will fund the promotion of this activity as well as providing respite care so that these new carers are able to leave their dependents safely at home for the afternoon.
STONY FRIDAY GROUP
Awarded £1,000.00 from the Margaret Powell Grassroots Fund.
This grant will allow the Stony Friday Group to focus on growing and developing the organisation over the next 12 months and return to sustainability.
MK PREGNANCY CRISIS CENTRE
Awarded £1,500.00 from the Community Fund.
After moving to new premises, they have been advised that their kitchen is not in a suitable state - this grant will assist towards meeting the costs of getting it up to standard.
