Fola Komolafe is currently a Director with Indisys Business Solutions, a consulting firm that assists clients with their Business & IT Strategy, Major Gifts Fundraising, Diversity, Business Process Reengineering and Change Management. Prior to this, Fola worked with IBM as a Senior Consultant and Head of Diversity UKISA (UK, Ireland and South Africa) from 1998 to 2006 and with HSBC from 1991 to 1998.

Fola is passionate about people and has been actively involved with local, national and international charity work for a number of years. In her current consulting role, she works with a broad spectrum of clients in the third sector. Fola leads the Food Bank Project in Milton Keynes and also runs a charity called Fresh Inspiration which focuses on strategic initiatives that empower and equip people to be successful in life.
