Alexander Boswell DL
Our President
Alexander developed his relationship with the Foundation in 2006 when he was the High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire. He and his wife Jane live in North Crawley where his family have lived for many years.
Alexander is a man of many parts. He is an active arable farmer with a strong interest in the countryside and conservation. Other business interests include property management and food distribution. He is a Director of Stewkley-based Wiltshire Farm Foods, a frozen meals home delivery service which caters for the growing needs of the local elderly and infirm.
He has always been committed to hands-on voluntary work. He has served on many local committees and is actively involved with local charities. As well as his work for the Foundation, he is a supporter of MK SNAP, a Freeman of Lovat Fields Village and a Patron of Willen Hospice.
In his role as President of the Milton Keynes Community Foundation, Alexander will be helping the Foundation to promote philanthropic giving in Milton Keynes, particularly highlighting the opportunities for people to support their local community.
